Today marks Korité , the end of Ramadan here in Senegal. And so I thought what better way to kick off my 101 things in 1001 days than on Korité.
Below is the list of 101 things I want to do in 1001 days (about 3 years-Ending on May 18, 2015). This is basically my attempt to put a timeline on the ole "bucket list" concept. My dear friend Becky inspired me to do this!
Here's how it works: You write up 101 things that you would like to do/see/accomplish in 1001 days, organize them, and then plan and hopefully do them!
I am going to use this blog to keep track of the things I have done, am in the progress of doing, or have failed miserably at trying ;) I welcome your comments, thoughts, encouragements, whatever!

Nice Megan! I hope you do all of these!
ReplyDeleteThanks Dad! Me too!
DeletePLEASE clue me in on when and where you plan to do these (well, the ones in the US would be preferrable). I would love to accompany you for so many of these... that is if you are alright with that! I know you could do it Megan!
ReplyDeleteOk yes. You are totally mine for the music festival, SantaCon, Rocky Horror Picture Show, and Renaissance Festival!
DeleteGOOD LUCK! Can't wait to see how this goes!
ReplyDeleteThanks Meaghan!
DeleteNice list, Meg!!! I can definitely help you out with #34 And hey, are you giving me a hint with #99?
ReplyDeleteHaha...oh yes. Apartment cleanse is happening this fall for sure!
DeleteMegan! I can teach you how to sail and tie a bowtie but you'd have to amend it to "tie a bowtie on my homo lady friend" ...
ReplyDeleteYes for sailing with you!! And you would also be a pretty rockin companion at SantaCon... Oh yes. you are mine if I don't find a cute boy to practice on *wink*
DeleteSo these aren't necessarily things you've NEVER done, but just things you want to do in the next 3 years, right? Cause you've seen the godfather. I assume. Right? You must have. And not that you asked, but I've got 2, 7, 8, 23, 43 (like every year--Fern went too, twice), 49, 53, 55, and 69 under my belt. I would like to sign up for the music fest--and there's a couple I have in mind--and would totally be down to check out your ppt on Syria when gma's done with it, if that's cool. I'm excited for you to get started! I totally want to play too!
